I am a BIM and VDC leader with a career built at the intersection of electrical construction, engineering, technology, and mission critical project delivery.
My experience has taken me from the field and electrical construction environment into leading BIM and VDC strategies for some of the most complex data center and mission critical projects in the industry. That background has shaped how I approach technology. I believe BIM should do more than produce a coordinated model. It should improve how projects are designed, coordinated, prefabricated, constructed, and ultimately delivered.

Throughout my career, I have focused on building scalable standards, workflows, training programs, and digital delivery strategies that connect design intent with real-world construction. My experience includes Revit-based design and modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, prefabrication, constructability, BIM execution planning, quality control, project startup, automation, data analytics, and digital project delivery.
I am especially passionate about standardization and process improvement. The best technology in the world has limited value without the right people and processes behind it. My approach is to create systems that are practical, repeatable, measurable, and capable of growing with an organization.
Leadership and team development are equally important to me. I believe successful BIM and VDC programs are built by giving people clear expectations, strong training, the right tools, and the freedom to challenge existing processes when there is a better way forward.
I hold the CM-BIM credential and have been recognized as an Autodesk Construction Champion Top 40 Under 40. I have also contributed to industry training, standards development, and conference education while continuing to explore how automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies can transform engineering and construction.
Today, my focus extends beyond BIM. I am interested in connecting BIM, engineering, construction, operations, and data into a unified digital strategy that improves how organizations work and how projects are delivered.
For me, BIM is not the destination. It is the foundation for building better processes, stronger teams, and better projects.
